Statute of the Association (the life and development of volunteer work) charity

Chapter One
Article (1)
Founded in Jerusalem called charity: the life and development of volunteer work, under the provisions of the Charitable Associations and Community Organizations No. (1) of 2000, as amended.
 
Article (2)

Article (3)
The work of the charity and scope of the field:

Article (4)
Assembly enjoys legal personality and have a financially independent, and have the right to own movable and immovable property and to act within the limits of achieving their goals.
Article (5)
Charity the right to open a branch or more within Palestine, to coordinate with the competent ministry in this regard and the ministry.
 
Article (6)
The charity aims to achieve the following charitable objectives:
1. Support and establish the concept of voluntary work among young people.
2. Work on the development of voluntary work in Palestinian society.
3. Development and building the capacity of youth.
Chapter II
Organic
Article (7)
Membership in the Assembly personal and non-transferable by proxy or letter rogatory is not transmitted by inheritance.
Article (8)
Every natural person has the right and full legal capacity legal affiliation Assembly when he meets the conditions required according to the law and the statutes of the Assembly.
Article (9)
$ 11. Considered the founders of the members of the Assembly from the date of registration of the association in the competent department of the ministry's record.

Article (10)

Membership Terms

$ 11. Whoever wants belonging to the Assembly as follows:
$ 12. Not under the age of eighteen years AD.
$ 13. Should not have been issued against him a judgment of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
$ 14. Be of good conduct.
Article (11)
User rights and duties
$ 11. All participate in the Assembly and a member of the ballot in person at each meeting of the General Assembly, and shall have one vote in each polling, as eligible to run and election to the Board of Directors.
$ 12. A member of the General Assembly shall have the right to participate in its activities and to benefit from its services.
$ 13. User is obliged to pay annual subscription (ten Jordanian dinars) for membership in accordance with the amounts determined by the Board of Directors to the members of the charity the approval of the General Assembly.
$ 14. Termination of membership in the charity are not exempt from the payment of the amounts owed to it by the member once the membership.
Article (12)
Types of membership
Be members of the General Assembly, as follows:
$ 11. An active member: User is obligated to pay all the financial and administrative obligations and is entitled to run for the election.
$ 12. Member synergist.
$ 13. Honorary member.
Article (12)
Termination of membership
 Of office expires at the charity one of the following cases:
$ 11. The death of the member, if the Personal Lists With the end of juristic Tsfiha.
$ 12. Withdrawal from the charity by providing written notice to the Board 30 days before the withdrawal.
$ 13. General Assembly may, upon the proposal of the Board of Directors may decide to separate the user from the charity to one of the following reasons: -
A $ 1. If a member fails to pay what is owed by the financial obligations of the Assembly.
$ 1 b. If the lax application of the provisions of the Statute or the implementation of any decision of the General Assembly or the Board of Directors.
$ 1 t. If the member has acted contrary to the objectives of the charity.
$ 1 w. If convicted Bjnah or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
4. Do not Board of Directors may propose to the General Assembly of the separation of a member of the Charitable Society for the reasons mentioned in paragraph (a) and (b) and (c) only after being warned in writing and given a reasonable time to correct the error and then give him a proper opportunity to make his defense in front of her.
Article (13)
Each invitation, request or warning or notice his way to a charity of its members delivered to him in writing in person or send him by registered mail to the registered address in organic record.
Chapter III
Board of Directors
Article (14)
1. The Assembly board of directors consists of (nine) members, who are elected by the General Assembly.

Article (15)
Terms of reference of the Board of Directors
Respect of the Board of Directors the following matters: _
$ 11. Management of the affairs of the charity and the preparation of regulations and internal regulations and instructions necessary for the functioning of the charity.
$ 12. The appointment of necessary staff for charity and to define their job and terminate their service in accordance with the provisions of the law.
$ 13. Composition of the committees which it deems necessary to improve the work and competence.
$ 14. The final accounts for the financial year finished the preparation of the draft budget for the new year.
$ 15. Submit annual reports of administrative and financial plans and any future projects or the General Assembly.
$ 16. Call the General Assembly for an ordinary meeting or unusual and implementation of its decisions in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Statute.
$ 17. Follow any incoming observations from the ministry competent with respect to activities of the Association and reply to the ministry.
Article (16)
The Board of Directors chooses from among its members a Chairman and Vice-Chairman and the secretary and treasurer.
