Ramallah  / Association of life and development of voluntary action organized on Tuesday, one day entertainment for the elderly in the Arab Women's Union, in the presence of president of the Union Nawal Kandah and members of the governing body of the Association of life, and a team of volunteers, participation comes confirmation that older people are parents and have the role and respect large, where they went out leaders, doctors, teachers and scientists.
Akram Gelaath and a board member of the association said that this visit is not the first in this direction, where he will continue visits to the elderly in order to draw the joy on their faces.
She stressed coordinated activities in the Assembly Rana Karajeh that the aim of the visit is to draw the joy on the faces of the elderly and provide moral support to them in order not to feel negligence and dereliction of their rights, pointing out that this visit embodiment of humanity of the meanings of which must be rooted in our societies.
Karajeh said that this activity came out of humanitarian charity and social work that we do for the benefit of older mothers marginalized by their children and perhaps the Palestinian society and will remain a fundamental pillar of volunteer work stems from humanitarian compassionate Assembly.
For its part, praised the high Kandah Assembly's efforts to bring joy to the hearts of the elderly and offered thanks and appreciation to the Assembly of life and its volunteers, stressing the importance of promoting youth participation in voluntary work in Palestine and consolidate the values ​​and principles of volunteerism as a pillar of President for Community Development, pointing to the need to carry forward all the volunteer work that develop a culture of belonging and build under difficult conditions experienced by the Palestinian people.
