Ramallah / Hayat Association of development and volunteer work was organized on Monday a course entitled "youth leadership and communication skills and communication" in cooperation with the mass struggle of the students, and lectured at the gambling session Shady Zaidat in the presence of twenty students from different Palestinian universities and at the headquarters of creativity house in Ramallah. The training included the definition of available resources and invest them, collect and develop skills to meet the needs as well as the importance of teamwork and volunteerism and its role and its reflection on society and follow-up skills and influence and pressure.
She is responsible activities in the Assembly Rana Karajeh this session comes in the framework of the development of the capacities of young people and enable them to where training included topics most important communication skills, leadership and team building, self-affirmation, and basic needs to enable young people in the community.
She stressed Karajeh the need to continue to target young people in such courses because of their importance to strengthen them and enable them, as well as continue to provide youth-friendly services, which lacks community to her, pointing to the need to integrate the youth in the implementation of future activities, and that training is the first phase to work with them where they will be involved in the implementation of a series of subsequent events.
